The Employing Company herein referred to as the "First Party" and Mingora International Recruiting Agency, at address G.T. Road, Mingora Swat, N.W.F.P, Pakistan, herein referred to as the "Second Party"

1. This First Party agree to enter into the agreement with Second Party to supply Pakistani Manpower of different categories such as skilled, semi and unskilled workers, the numbers and qualification in aspect there of are to be specified by the First Party through task orders.

2. The First Party agree to advise to the Second Party of its personnel requirements from Pakistan through cable, telex or letter, specifying personnel requirements. Their respective job descriptions, salaries, other terms and conditions and the desired mobilization date on the respective site.
